Welcome to my kitchen. I am licensed and ServSafe certified to bring you the best, and freshest products. Jammin' is my passion! In my products, you won't find chemicals. You won't find additives. All of my products are sealed in compliance with the Food and Drug Administration, and care and quality is taken to deliver you these products with peace of mind knowing that someone cares about what you eat, how it's presented, and how it tastes. If I'm not happy with it, you won't see it until I'm 100% satisfied that it's the best it can be. All my canned goods are laboratory tested as well.
All of my produce is locally grown whenever possible. Strawberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, Peaches, Raspberries, Apples, Jalapeno Peppers & Bell Peppers are just a few to mention. Yes, it's true - you can buy store brand jams & jellies that are cheaper than mine, but ask yourself this; how long ago was that jar filled? and where was it filled? who filled it? where did the product come from? did the person who filled it care about you? why are there chemicals in it? This is what sets my products apart from them. My products have only a few natural ingredients, all depending on the recipe. Fruit, sugar, lemon juice, natural pectin and spices are pretty much my staple ingredients. Read the labels for yourself. If you happen to see my jars on a farm stand shelf next to some other company's jars, know that mine were probably only filled a few weeks ago. That's fresh, and it's worth it!
